Group programmes
Support is easier to reach when it has a regular time.
Alongside individual therapy and coaching, Scer runs recurring group programmes. They give teams a shared language for wellbeing — and give people a low-pressure first step before one-to-one work.
| Programme | Rhythm | Day & time (CET) | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly reflection circle | Weekly · 60 min | Wednesdays, 12:00 | Anyone wanting a steady, facilitated pause mid-week. |
| Manager skill lab | Fortnightly · 90 min | Tuesdays, 16:00 | People leaders practising real conversations. |
| Monthly wellbeing webinar | Monthly · 45 min | First Thursday, 15:00 | Whole organisations; open, low-commitment. |
| Eight-week resilience cohort | Weekly for 8 weeks · 75 min | Mondays, 17:00 (next intake autumn 2026) | Small closed groups going deeper together. |
Times are indicative and confirmed per cohort. To book, email [email protected] with your team size and preferred programme.
How groups complement 1:1 work
A gentler door into support.
Lower the barrier
A shared session feels less exposing than booking therapy. For many people it's the first step toward one-to-one support.
Build manager capability
The skill lab pairs naturally with executive coaching to lift a whole layer of leadership at once.
Set a shared language
When a team has words for pressure and recovery, the ideas in our Journal become everyday practice.
One-day intensives too
Want something deeper than a weekly hour?
Our flagship live event, Resilience at Work, brings leaders together for a full day in Prague. See everything coming up on the events page.
